This Trade Promotion is sponsored by Woohoo+ (“Sponsor”), located at 32N Gould St, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any third parties unless explicitly stated.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The Trade Promotion begins at 1st December 2024 at 12:01 AM PST and ends at 19th December 2024 at 07:00PM PST (“Trade Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside the Promotional Period will not be eligible.

ELIGIBILITY

1. Who Can Enter: The Trade Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
2. Ineligibility: Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.

HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter the Trade Promotion through one of the following methods:

1. Paid Membership Entry

• Active Woohoo+ members will automatically receive entries based on their membership tier:
  • Entry Membership: 5 entries per month.
  • Premium Membership: 20 entries per month.
  • Elite Membership: 50 entries per month.
• Entries accrue monthly and are valid for the current Sweepstakes Period.

2. Once-Off Membership Packages

Participants may purchase one of the following packages, each providing a fixed duration of access to the Woohoo+ discount platform along with bonus entries:

• Access: $1 for 1 days of access and 5 entry.
• Bronze: $2 for 3 days of access and 50 entries.
• Silver: $5 for 7 days of access and 250 entries.
• Gold: $10 for 28 days of access and 1,000 entries.
• Platinum: $25 for 60 days of access and 2,500 entries.

3. Referral-Based Entry (AMOE)

• Non-members can earn free entries by referring new users through a unique referral link. Each new user who creates a valid Woohoo+ account using the referral link earns the referrer 1 free entry.
• Referrals must result in unique and verified accounts. Duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid accounts will not generate entries.

4. Mail-In Entry (AMOE)

• Participants may also enter without purchase or referral by sending a handwritten postcard to: Woohoo+, 32N Gould St, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA.
• The postcard must include:
  • Full Name
  • Complete Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • A 50-word explanation of why you’d love to win a Woohoo+ prize.
• Limit one (1) postcard entry per person per trade promotion. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted.

ENTRY LIMITS

Each participant may only submit entries as outlined in the entry methods above. Automated entries, duplicate accounts, or other fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

PRIZES

1. Description of Prizes:
   • PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X Gaming console valued at $450.
   • Total ARV: $450 USD.
2. Prize Conditions:
   • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
   • Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

1. Winner Selection:
   • Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or around 19th December 2024 at 7PM Pacific Time.
   • The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
2. Notification:
   • Winners will be notified via all available methods of communication (i.e., Phone, Email) within 3 business days of the drawing.
   • Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
3. Verification:
   • Winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and any other required documents within 7 days.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Disqualification: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
2. Modification or Termination: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s control impair its integrity.

PRIVACY POLICY

Any personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.woohooplus.com/privacy-policy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of WY, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved individually in the courts located in QLD, Australia.
